Phase 1: Registration
Click the “Join Us” button on our “Home” page to fill out our quick and easy registration form. One of our team members will promptly review the form and then register your organization.
Phase 2: Ordering and Donating
For Charities: Ordering
Your organization will gain access to the B2C “Products” page: our online marketplace. When requesting, reserve products at least 5 days in advance of when you need them. After Team B2C coordinates the time and date of pick-up, we will send the “Pick-up Instructions” email to your primary contact.
For Businesses: Donating
On the “Donate Here” page, fill out our brief online form to indicate what your business would like to contribute! When a charity partner requests your products, Team B2C will email your primary contact to coordinate the pick-up time and date.
Phase 3: Pick-up
For Charities:
Send a representative of your organization to the pick-up address. Show the “Pick-up Instructions” email from Team B2C to the pick-up coordinator at the business, allowing your representative to load the products up and be on their way!
To confirm the transaction, Team B2C will send your primary contact an email to confirm the pick-up. Please reply within 24 hours so Team B2C can keep track of inventory.
For Businesses:
At the arranged time and date, a representative of the charity will pick up their reserved products from the indicated location. They must show the “Pick-up Instructions” email from Team B2C before picking up your products.
